ABOUT THE AUTHOR- Fr. J. Murickan PhD., from Duquesne University, USA, is former Director of Admissions at St. John’s Medical College, Bangalore and former Chancellor of Archdiocese of Hyderabad. He is Founder Director of the Psycho-Social Counseling Centre. He has been Advisor to many organizations and Consultant for Organizational Systems Development and Psychologist in Private Practice for 28 years.

He is author of several books and numerous articles on Organizational Behaviour and related topics
