About the Author

Fr. George Karamvely is a catholic priest, of the diocese of Pala, Kerala, India. He was born on 23rd February 1971. His parents are Late Mr. K. M. Jacob and Mrs. Annakkutty Jacob, Karamvelil House,

Seminary Formation : Good Shepherd Minor Seminary, Pala, Kerala; St. Joseph’s Pont. Seminary, Aluva, Kerala; St. Ephrem’s Theological College, Satna, MP Ordination & Ministry: He was ordained priest on 28th December 1996 at St. Mary’s Forane Church, Kuravilangad by His Ex. Mar Joseph Pallikaparampil, Bishop of Pala and started his ministry at St. John’s parish Vadakara. Later on he continued his ministry in the Northern parts of India especially in the diocese of Satna (M.P). He served the missions in Satna, Panna, Rewa, Sidhi, Singrauli and Chhattarpur districts of Madhya pradesh.

He holds a degree in Philosophy (BA) and in Journalism and Mass Communication (BJMC) and another in education (B Ed). He is also adorned with three Master degrees, in Hindi, English and Sociology. He is actively engaged in preaching and healing ministry all over India since 1996. Since November 2007 he is co-ordinating the ministries in Hindi language in Divine Retreat Ashram, Faridabad.
