Dr T. C. Thankachan

completed his Master Degrees in Political Science, Sociology, English Literature, Journalism and Mass Communication, Philosophy of Religions, Applied Psychology and Education from different Universities of South India. He has also completed M.Phil from Madurai Kamaraj University, and Ph.D in Education from Alagappa University, Karaikudi, Tamilnadu. He has authored 24 books, published 22 chapters in edited books, 75 articles in National and International journals, 46 papers in Conference proceedings and 26 documents and reports. He has successfully completed two Major Research Projects and one Minor Research Project funded by UGC, New Delhi, and guided and produced 3 Ph.Ds in Education from Bharathiar University, Tamilnadu. Presently 6 scholars are pursuing Ph.D (Education) under his guidance at School of Pedagogical Sciences, MG University, Kerala. He has participated and presented papers in 20 international, 41 national and 25 regional seminars/conferences. He has participated in conferences and visited University of Malaya, Kaulalumpur, Malaysia; Alliant International University, San Deigo, California, USA; Stanford University, San Francisco, USA; California University, Berkely, USA; Alhosn University, Abudabi, UAE; Geneva Business School, Geneva, Switzerland and other countries such as; Germany, France, Netherlands, Austria, Luxemburg, Linchestein, Belgium, Italy, etc. He has been honoured with several awards, Outstanding Faculty Award (2015) Shiksha Rattan Puraskar (2012) Award for the Best Paper Presentation instituted by CTE National – India (2012), Dr. Vedamani Manuel Award for Best Paper Presenter of the year (2009), etc. He is the Member, Board of Studies (Psychology), MG University, Kottayam; Chief Editor, Educational Extracts (ISSN 2320 – 7612); Associate Editor of the e-journal, Journal of Contemporary Educational Research and Innovations (JCERI) (ISSN 2249-9636); Member Editorial Board, International Journal of Multi-Dimensional Research (IJMR) (ISSN 2321–1784); Member, Editorial Board of International Journals such as Asian Research Review from University of Malaya, Malaysia; West African Journal of Open and Flexible Learning, published by National Open University of Nigeria; and Founder President, Society of Innovative Researchers and Academicians (SIRA-INDIA). He has 21 years of teaching experience at teacher education level. Presently, he is the Principal of St. Thomas College of Teacher Education, Pala, Kerala.

Dr Ajay Prashar

completed his Master Degree in Mathematics in 2001 from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Punjab. He has also completed M.Phil from Alagappa University, Karaikudi, Tamilnadu and Ph.D in Mathematics from Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fathegarh Sahib, Punjab. He has authored 01 book and published 12 research articles in various National and International Journals, 08 papers in National and International Conference Proceedings. He has participated and presented papers in 04 National and 03 International seminars/ conferences. He has been awarded as a Best Teacher Award in 2013. He is the former member of Board of Studies of Faculty of Sciences of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. Presently he is an Academic Council Member of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar and Editor of “Trinitarian Journal” (A Bi- Annual Multidisciplinary Journal with ISSN no. 2582-0761). He has 19 years of teacher experience and presently he is the Principal of Trinity College, Jalandhar, Punjab.
