Description

This is the second privilege given to me by Dr. Gigi, the author
of this book, to write a Foreword for her book. The subject for
the first book and the subject for this book are broadly cognate
topics. Both are the offshoots of the main subject of Medical
Jurisprudence. The distinctive feature of this book from the
earlier one is the international perspective adopted by the author
